oohhmmmaaaggaash..
Day 2 of no salt and cutting out bad food..
Bfast
1 cup of coffee
oatmeal
snacks
5 grapes
lunch
saute bokchoy & half cup of rice
working out is getting better. I feel the inches coming off..yippy!
Im so cranky right now, especially since its a drastic change. School is almost over this semester.
7 more weeks till vacation, YES! I can do this..=)
